EATON, OHIO- Exhibitors may make entries for the open class division of the 2012 PREBLE COUNTY FAIR from 8:00 a.m until 8:00 p.m. on FRIDAY, JUNE 22^NDand from 8:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. on SATURDAY, JUNE 23^RD in the Jr. Fair Office located at the fairgrounds.

Entries should be recorded on forms provided which can be picked up at the PREBLE COUNTY FAIR OFFICE OR ON-LINE AT WWW.PREBLECOUNTYFAIR.ORG and must be postmarked no later than June 25, 2012. Please mail entries to THE PREBLE COUNTY FAIRGROUNDS, ATTN: OPEN CLASS ENTRIES, 722 S. FRANKLIN ST. EATON, OHIO 45320.

ON-LINE ENTRIES can be made by clicking on the link on our website at WWW.PREBLECOUNTYFAIR.ORG. You must create a username and password for each person entering. ONLINE PAYMENT will not be made available this year. Please print your receipt and come to the Fairgrounds Office by July 9^th to make payment and pick up your Membership Pass. The option to make ON-LINE ENTRIES will be available until Sunday, July 8^th with payment being due on Monday, July 9^th.

****For each Open Class Department you must purchase a PCAS Membership Ticket ($20) and also pay the indicated entry fee per item entered. Jr. Fair Members, FFA Members & FCCLA Members are exempt from purchasing a Membership Ticket. Children 17 and under can use their parents ticket # for entries.

Exhibitor Tags:

Exhibitor Tags will be held at the Fairgrounds Office for the following Departments and may be picked up by the Exhibitor starting July16th:

9 - Farm Products & Provisions

10 A-B&C: Household Arts – Fine Arts – Antiques

11 – Photography

Dept. 12 – Floral – Entry tags will be handed out the day of entry. Your Exhibitor # is NOT your Pass #. Please leave the Exhibitor # blank and it will be assigned during check in.
